MEGAN
Program Director

ECE Level 3

My name is Megan and I am a Level 3 Early Childhood Educator. I have over 13 years experience working with children specifically with trauma related backgrounds and additional support needs. I have a very keen interest in child development and the early connections within the child's wellbeing. I am also a university degree in Froebelian practice whose key principles are community and connections.

Working with children is my passion. I love being part of such a special journey, helping your child to flourish and blossom into the individuals that they are.

I am a big advocate for outdoor learning and using the natural resources and materials around to inspire our imagination. So I am excited to continue my journey with Little Forest Dwellers.

I moved from Scotland to Canada in April 2023 so in my spare time I enjoy exploring nature and the outdoors with my husband and our 2 Dalmatians. I am also very social so love to spend time with friends and create new memories!

CLEO
Assistant Director

ECE Level 3

My name is Cleo and I am beyond excited to continue my career in early childcare specifically in Outdoor learning. I believe that children are the future of our society. This is the sole reason why I wanted to become an early childhood educator; to guide and influence children through the most important years of their life, by navigating the world as their co-learner.

Outside of my role in the classroom, I spend most of my time outdoors camping, hiking, snowboarding, road biking, and napping on my paddleboard. Because of my love for the rocky mountains, I am a big advocate of taking care of our planet by educating myself and those around me about the differences we can make for the future generations to come.
